Cancellation Policy
We understand that life can be full of surprises! If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please try to let us know at least 3 hours in advance. This way, we can avoid a $35.00 fee per person.
Late Changes: If you need to make changes within 1 hour of your appointment, a 50% service fee will apply.
Same-Day Cancellations or No-Shows: If you cancel or reschedule right at the time of your appointment, or if you don’t show up, the full cost will be non-refundable.
Your understanding helps us manage our schedule and continue offering the best care to everyone.
We really appreciate your cooperation. If something comes up or if you’re running a bit late, just let us know!. Here's how we work it out together.
Late Arrivals: If you arrive late, we’ll do our best to still give you a great experience, though we might need to end the session at the scheduled time. Arriving about 5 minutes early helps ensure we have everything ready for you!
Traffic or Weather: We know traffic and weather can sometimes be unpredictable. Unfortunately, we can’t offer refunds for cancellations due to these factors. Planning ahead will help you avoid any last-minute stress.
Refund Policy
Massage Services: We’re sorry, but we cannot offer refunds for massage services. Once a service is booked or completed, it is non-refundable.
Service Exchange: If you’d like to exchange your service, please reach out at least 1 hours before your appointment. We’d be happy to help you choose another service of equal or lesser value.
Post-Treatment: Your satisfaction is our top priority! If you have any concerns after your treatment, please let us know. We’re here to provide guidance and support, and we’ll offer a free consultation to help address any issues.
